There were 4 days of fair, 1,500 launches, 180 exhibitors and a lot of good news in the 32nd edition of Abrin, Toy Fair that ran between April 7 and 10 at the Expo Center Norte in São Paulo. Abrin is considered the 3rd largest fair in the segment in the world, being the largest in the country. In addition to bringing the launches of toys, the fair also presented the launches in childcare, characters and articles for party.
Synesio Batista, president of Abrin and the Abrinq Foundation, believes that today the Brazilian child is more interested in toys that stimulate play and not objects that arrive “ready”, such as electronics, cell phones and computer games. According to RCTOYSADVICE,he also says that it is a toy that children like: encourages children to be presented with toys and not clothes or shoes. According to him, child should be treated as a child. Synesio is also president of Abrapur, which brings together manufacturers, importers and distributors of light and heavy childcare articles, such as: baby nipples, pacifiers, baby strollers, baby strollers, car seats, hair brushes, dishes, among other products.
As only exhibitors and professionals in the area had access to the fair, we were there checking the main releases and now tells you how it was in yet another episode of “Reporter Parents & Children”.
